PPP Dialer problem

I have a dataone connection. After being online for about half an hour windows gives an error message which says, "generic host process for win32 services has encountered an error and needs to close." After this I have to restart windows to reconnect dataone. What could be the problem?

Just check ur services from
Run > services.msc

May be problem lies there(not sure though)

i had exactly the same problem. u can follow this link our fellow digitians suggested me.

for me i made a clean install and activated Windows Firewall which was previously not activated (i don't like firewalls for no reason) and it never occurred again. then to test the authenticity of firewall working on it i turned it off and the problem popped up again.
