Default How to find the latencies of a RAM module ?

hey guyz i am using 2*256 DDR 400 Mhz RAM in a dual channel configuration. Is there any software which can determine the rated and working latencies of my RAM modules ? I want to overclock my RAM to the maximum.I have tried tweaking them from my BIOS but then I end up always with XP throwing errors and then sometimes the system also doesnt boot and I have to reset the BIOS settings by removing the batteries of my mobo. Somebody suggest a good software (FREE) which can determine the rated and working CAS latency , RAS to CAS delay , RAS Precharge , Cycle Time in nanoseconds of my modules.

Download and install CPU-Z. Run it and click on the "memory" tab to know the latencies: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
