Are you intending to use Tex typesetting tool? I can guide you to create your own in that case.

Ok, I assume you have already installed miktex (full version) and winedt (in windows) or in linux (you can use its native tex softwares from synaptic or equivalent).
here I have attached the required documents...

Try this and see if you like it. Its not eye-candy, but I thought this is enough for a resume...
