How to edit a powerpoint presentation ??

And i thought it was easy to work on powerpoint...anywayz, i have this ppt file with me very nicely designed with flash and all such stuff integrated into it.. I need to edit this file and the worst part is that i cannot change anything present on the slides.. i cant even click on the flash file embedded into it..which i wanted to remove.. Instead it shows up the default powerpoint "right click" menu when i click on it...


Is there any way out ??

If you upload your file on to Rapidshare......It will be more helpful as we will be able to solve your problem practically..

I suppose it is not read only because akshaykapoor_3 is saying that he is not even able to edit the presentation in the software (Microsoft Powerpoint) itself......

i think the ppt file is password protected. Navigate to Tools -> Options -> Security and check if a password is given. Does it asks for a password for modification while opening ?
