Select an area of the image using the slection tool in Paint. Then Press SHIFT and drag.

no i dont want to edit the image .i want to happen lik this

once my comp got hung when i moved a window it showed its shadow[dunno what to cal it (that copy of the image)]this was happening.
i want i user to b annoyd gettin these "shadows"
