Hi frenz, does any one know how to change the drive letter, my cd drive is showing now d: drive and my other hdd partitions, e: and f: , i want to change the cd drive to f: and hdd to d: and e:. . Anyone knows how to do it? Pls help..

Right click on My Computer on desktop > Manage. Goto Disk Management. It will show all your partitions. Right click on the Partition/Drive whose Drive Letter you wanna change and select Change Drive Letter. Assign a new drive letter to it.

Change your pagefile location back to C drive.Then change the other drive letters as you want. Finally change your pagefile location back to whichever drive you want.

If this doesnt work then you have to format your hard disk i think. Or you can take it to the Customer Care place and they'll make it work by changing some parts which determine the drive letter in the HDD.
