Default OUTLOOK

Is it possible to make the sender list in Outlook Express as undisclosed to the recipient. So that the recipient does not see the other email id's in To, BCC, CC.

Yeah You can. Just add all the mail ids in the BCC list and send the mail.

The reciever if using outlook cannot see anything and those using web mail will see the to field as recipients undisclosed.

No need to add any address in the To list.

If u cant see the BCC in outlook, create a new message and in that click options and click against BCC.
