Default Using torrents in hostel

Hey folks!!!
I m in a hostel, here the net works fine except the fact that it does not start downloading from torrents.
The server does not allow another server(tracker) to be used in it.
The server is not very strict.Restricts only a few sites.
Allows gaming sites and legal music sites.

Is there a way around??
It gives an error in opening the torrents.
I use azureus.

It might be blocked but you can try µtorrent.
Download it from utorrrent.com its the best P2P client..

The server is squid. It does not allow HTTPS mode.
The other two modes failed by the error : The connection was unexpectedly terminated from the proxy server.

Any solutions???

Can Jap do the work??
Is there any other proxy software for windows VISTA.???
