help for a problem in combo drive !

i hav SONY CRX390A combo drive. today while windows setup , the cd in the drive break automatically with a loud sound. can anyone hav any idea why this happen ?
now although i hav cleared almost all the junk of cd from the drive without opening it , but it's still creating trouble while opening and closing of drive ? what shold i do ? plz. help , the warrenty period of my drive had also finished !

This may happen due to bad quality CD or unbalaced CD or Tray.
There is a possiblity of the presence of CD pieces inside the drive, which may damage the exposed circuits and lens, give the drive to service.
