Restore temp files - URGENT HELP REQD

Hi friends,

I was working on a very important file, which i had opened as an attachment from Outlook. After working, i closed the file and the command asked if i wanted to save. I think the folder it got saved in was 'OLK13B' in temporary internet files folder.
When i try to find this folder, i cannot and hence cannot trace the file i was working upon.

Can somebody help me restore this file and how can i do the same?

copy that file 2 some other folder ....... r-click & click open with Outlook ....
