hi pplz..
can any of u help me out?
i have a philips dvd player, and want to connect it tpo my pc, but i aslo don have tuner card...
any cheap way out to connect it to pc??

Cheapest way would be to buy a TV Tuner or Video Capture card with
Composite (RCA) or S-Video input.

Unless off course your DVD player has 15 pin VGA (D-Sub) output, then
it's just a matter of plugging it directly to the PC monitor. Like for example
my previous DVD Divx box -
