Default java .class -> .exe file anyone?

Hey guys,
I have created a File Disintegrate/split tool in java, Now the problem is that my friend wants it in exe form as he doesnot have the java compiler... Any suggestions as to how to convert to .exe file.?
I was lloking for Jexegen, But cant find that either... So any alternate tool or Link to that file is appreciated

Please dont suggest me some other third party tool, this is made with the specific task of corrupting the file while splitting, so that its content cannot be seen. And No, its not for some sinister purpose , I also have a tool that will 'ReIntegrate/Uncorrupt' the file, its just to make the files Un-Usable and smaller...<Dont ask for what, Its higly confidential >
