VS.NET 2002 and VS.NET 2003

i had VS.NET 2002 earlier and tdy i have installed VS.NET 2003

i thought that the VS.NET will be installed over VS.NET 2002 ..... but it didnt happen ..... later i read the release notes and got to know that it wud not happen ....

now i dont want that VS.NET 2002 .... can i safely uninstall 2002 without affecting my system and vs.net 2003
