how to upload data thru torrent....

this is for those who use torrents for downloading. Now i want to share certain files with the community but when i made the torrent and posted on the piratebay it showed one seeder, which was me. now when i download the same torrent and try to download the file (just to see how good it is working) i find that the files dont get downloaded. the data is good one and i have probalbly 20 peers but i am unable to seed it thru my pc.
i am using u torrent and have a dial up broadband connection.

Did you try any other torrent tracker apart from Pirate bay ??

no... i have only tried piratebay. one doubt i have that i have a net connection which has a dynamic ip address. will this make it difficult to seed once the session is over
