Question Combining many installation in 1 ??

I want to know how to combine many product installations into 1
for eg. Autopatcher XP which automatically installed about 120-130 updates one by one without us needing to run each and every application.
can this be done with installshield ?

I never have to worry about manually installing updates. Windows Update automatically runs at 3 AM.

Why not just turn Windows Update on?

He doesn't want to combine updates...

You can find exe binders...just google for them...but i guess tat will make all exes run at same time.
