Default try maxthon browser, its great ! but does it have spyware !?

check out maxthon, an ie6 based browser. its great ! i tried fire fox and avant too. but this ones better. apart from tabbed browsing, it got lotsa other features like skins, re-opening closed pages, fast loading, accessing other programs from it, ofcourse sevral search bars, RSS feed, pop-up/ad/active-x/flash blockers & a history & cache eraser. wish the LATEST google search toolbar version could be installed !

but spy sweeper detects spyware EffectiveBrands Toolbar in it. so does maxthon have spyware !?

dude, we've been using it for quite a lota time now

and, Maxthon does NOT have any spyware in it. It is a clean browser. besides, you can update your hosts file and configure it, such that Maxthon will block most of the ads for you.

for information on the latest Maxthon release, see this:
Code:

for info on general browser poll, see this:

for the fastest browser poll, check this:
Code:

besides, the old name of Maxthon was MyIE2; in case you don't know.

Default ...but spysweeper detects spyware on it ! ?

personally even i prefer to use maxthon!

but my question still remains unanswered, 'dude' 8) ! adaware, spybot, pestpatrol, spyware doctor, ms antispyware do not detect maxthon as having spyware...

...but WEBROOT SPYSWEEPER dectects maxthon as having EFFECTIVE BRANDS toolbar ! try removing it; it is inalienable from the browser !

visit the effectivebrands site; visit the webroot spysweeper sites relevent page; google search "effectivebrands+maxthon", and then sir, perhaps you help me with a categorical YES/NO !
