My comments....
I actually dont think that PC is really unusable. But if it was me Id throw away Windows get some kind of Linux Distro and use it much longer. I believe many people in this forum use systems which are way below these specifications.

Eg. Im using a Celeron 566 atm with 64 mb Ram

Another one which I just noticed is in Ujjwals signature

And what comments are you looking for ? Which components to upgrade ? How to speed up ur system ? Where to get particular information ? Could you be more specific please.
