how to make best use of beryl settings

can anybody tell be hwo to make best use of berly settings and where is teh fire effect plugin? was comfiz there in digit dvd?

ask in open source section pls!
beryl is now not supported.and that fire,rain,cube with sea animals etc are available with compiz-fusion
you can enable it if u have latest distros like fedora 8,debian sid or ubuntu 7.10

and regarding installing packages,use synaptic package manager.it is in menu System>admin>synaptic.
