Default Netmos PCI CARD

I have a netmos 9835 PCI multi- I/O controller card connected to my system to which my modem is connected. There is a problem with the driver provided on the cd that i got with it .This driver works with all the OS's before XP but the driver that is provided for XP does not behave properly

The driver is accepted by Windows XP but it hangs the computer whenever I power the modem in the windows environment. If I switch of the computer and power the modem then there is no problem. Also while the modem is powered and connected to the computer if i receive an incoming call then also the computer hangs.

Earlier I had posted here because I thought there was a modem driver problem but that was not so because i checked that out on a another computer windows XP and it worked normally.

It is since then that I started suspecting the card driver.I have tried searching for the driver online .I have visited www.driverguide.com and found a couple of them there but unfortunately they are all the same which I have on CD .I have recently formatted my disk and loaded winXP before loading the drivers again but to no avail. The same problem of hanging the computer still persists.

Is there any site where I can get a driver for the said card or another driver probably of another company also which is compatible with the card.

My card is a,

Please do help me

Thanks a lot in advance.

Default Re: Netmos PCI CARD

I Bought Netmos PCI board having 2 serial ports and 1 parallel port. After fixing the board i can't install it completely. shows Error Code 12 and 01. Also shows that the board has been installed but it was not configured correctly. I used the driver which was provided in the CD. Any solution Please.......

I need the driver please....
