You config looks fine.
MSI K8N Neo2 mobo For RAM get Kingston Speakers-Creative, they are the ultimate. Get atleast the 5.1 set. Maxtor for HDD Any cabinet from a reputed company will do. Just ensure that there is a good scope of adding fans for better cooling For prices www.npithub.com

Yep u can also opt for Giagbyte K8NS-939 for arnd 6-6.5k. Although not based on the nf3 chipset, i wud also recommend chking out the MSI RS480 mobo.
Get Transcend since it is know to be a better oc'er than the KVR. HDD - Seagate Cabinet - Get any generic cabby, but make sure that it has enough case fans or provisions to add in more. If u have moolah to spend get the Antec SLK1650 with 350W PSU for little less than 3k. Speaker - Altec Lamsing 251 or VS3151 (Recommendations for the VS3151 by suave_guy DVD Writer - Benq 1620 Awesome writer for that price. Also i'd suggest that you get the MSI RS480 board and a PCi-express 6600GT (priced same as the agp version) So that you wil be future safe so to speak.

AMD 64 3200+ (S939) - 9800
nForce 3 chipset Mobo (suggest a model) -I think 9-12k(can be a little lower/higher,don't know that much) 1GB Ram (suggest a company) -Transcend/Kingston/Corsair(corsiar is expensive) Nvidia 6600GT (8x AGP) -should be about 12-13k 160GB HDD (suggest a company) -Maxtor(ask for its stability/performance,in earlier digit sata performed not to good maybe, checkup, also western digital, samsung ,seagate) Cabinet (please suggest one) -Any budget suited with 400watts ps and enuf space for fans etc speakers (please suggest one) Consider the following by trying and asking others: Altec Lansing 251 4-4.5k(even about 4800+ some parts) Altec Lansing 5100 9-10k Logitech x530 showroom price 8k Artis x10 about 7k perhaps Creative Inspire 5.1 IS NOT DECENT IN SOUND QUALITY dvd rw should be for about 4.5-5k You can also consider 754 socket as by the time you upgrade ,you would be doing the cpu+mb+vga all together,754 will be cheaper and at clock speeds amd 3400 is better fro games.
