Problem With Taskbar

Well Guys ,there is some problem with taskbar,as whenever i start viewing a movie,The taskbar gets shaking till i cgange the movie view to fullscreen
well Can anyone help me out?

try downloading ur latest hardware updates....especially graphics card update.......this prob....was with me also but instead of ur taskbar my browser gets sheaking in some sites.........
