Hey Mario just right clik on the drive from wich u want to remove all ur unwanted filed and select the DISK CLEANUP option, then check (tick mark) the options (files and folders) from wich u want to empty the space on ur PC.

Or u can run SCHEDULED TASKS and select varios options to speed up the performance of ur PC.

Post ur solution and querries here to help u out even more easily...

Download these 3 tools and install them:-
1] CleanUp!
http://www.ccleaner.com/
2] CCleaner
http://cleanup.stevengould.org/

3] RegCleaner
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download460.html

Run tools 1 and 2 to clean junk files. Run RegCleaner and go to Tools> Registry Cleanup> Do them all. And then remove all the junk entries it finds.
Then in RegCleaner, go to Tools Menu and click"View Shared DLLs", and delete all the files it may find.

Also, run Disk Defragmenter and ScanDisk regularly.

use antitracks, ace utilities & ccleaner. they will take care of your needs. then defragment your registry using registry compactor. finally defrag your disk. your pc will run smooth as ever, always !
