Default Recovering Encrypted File (EFS)

Hi,
Few days back my computer got infected from virus due to which my internal uid for the default user (member of administrator group) got changed.
I had few files encrypted in one of the partition using the EFS of the windows.
I use Windows XP.

Than I reinstalled the Windows XP and created a new certificate for the new admin.
But now when I want to add that certificate in the user's list or delete the previous ones, It doesn't allow me to do that.
Also I am not able to edit or open those files.

i have just got the Thumb print for the previous user and no private or public key for that encryption. Also I have tried by looging in as a core administrator of the system, in Linux distros, Mac OS, in the safe mode copying the whole partition but to no avail.

Please help me to decrypt those files.
