Default hi

hi,
i think this may be the reason.

if you have both NAV and mcafee installed on your system, tihs error may occur. if this is the case then uninstall both of them and reinstall only one. i prefer nav.

thank you.

Although less information... but my thought is going for the problem occuring because of some software may be a game..... so try to remove the last updates and if the restore service is present restore ur pc to an older date. May solve your problem...

NT On-Access Scanner Service is the mcshield.exe file, part of McAfee VirusScan. A simple reinstall of McAfee VirusScan from the original installation disc should fix the problem.
