Red face IE problem

respected people i have one problem with my Iexplorer i am using xp-sp2 on my desktop when ever i double click on iexplore icon one shortcut ie created on my desktop plz help me how can i solve this problem there is no open home page in right click....

Go to Internet options....Advanced Tab....Uncheck reuse windows for launching shortcuts (under browsing)
