Default Max amount that can be burnt on a dvdr !

Hi,
I have moserbaer DVDR of 4.7GB capacity. But in nero it shows the maximum that can be burnt as something 4500MB on that particular dvd.Now 4.7GB turns out to be 4700+MB right? So is there any solution to this problem ?

To the companies - 1000 MB = 1 GB
To you and me - 1024 MB = 1 GB

4700 MB in company's terms is thus 4589 MB in ours.

Thus, true space is only 4.5 GB. I don't think you can overburn it.
