Budget: 1K-1.6K
REQUIRMENTS:Should record Nice quality videos

& also tell me wat r specifications i shld c in buying it!

PCI tuner card enough lle?get one intex card for 1.1K or less.
else with usb recording facility external cards which are gonna cost upwards of 2K.for geinnacle,leadtek etc afaik.
