Default Need help with proxy settings


I know that my broadband connection is through a proxy server as IE 6 automatically detects it.How do I get to know the settings i.e. ip and port so that I acn set up other apps like opera to use it?Is there any available tool on the internet?
Please guide me I really don't know my network settings very well

If you are using Proxy server at your home on lan then you can very well define the ports on your sever and clien by looking at Proxy help and you can view systems ip by using ipconfig/all Commond at dos prompt.

visit www.ip2location.com to get ur ip address

also very often the port used is 80!!
