Problem with UPS

Recently my UPS is giving problem. Though its able to give back up whenever there is power cut, it gets switched off whenever there is a power fluctuation. What could be the problem? Not necesarily a power cut but if there is even a slight power fluctuation it turns itself off.

The problem can be either with your UPS..or SMPS.

There is chip in UPS.which adjust voltage fluctuation. or..problem can be with ur SMPS.
I will suggest you to do:
1) Exchange UPS with r friend for 1-2 days..and moniter the problem.
2) If problem continues..with ur friend UPS also..than it is SMPS problem.
