do we really need to get verified

we are planning of donation campagin in one site..we have premier account in paypal which is unverified....

do we really need to verify our account..or we can go ahead with out verifying just adding the bank detials....
(we dont see any much tangible reasons other than ..higher belief and all so do we really need that in small scale...)


second question: suppose if somebody opens the account in indian banks(accpeted by paypal) ,do we need be present in india itself ..or though we are in different country we can continue ..recieving and sending from out paypal account

Hello,

I have a verified paypal account. I guess if you add your bank account on their file it will be verified. (At least it works for US banks).

For your second question, I don't think you will be required here in india in order to receive funds from paypal. I have withdrawn money from paypal into SBI. You just need Bank account and paypal account on same name and you must be aware of your bank account number and branch IFSC code. Then there will be no problem withdrawing money from paypal into your indian account.

@ Delta, how much time it took to transfer payment and you recieved any recipt from SBI?
and @Saharika, I always recomend you Verified Paypal, If you dont have CC you can try VCC, It will cost you 5$ - 8$

I received it in 4 days. (I was surprised with the speed ) I took out mini statement from ATM after a week or so and there it was.

Sorry, you cannot get normal account. For a normal account, you need to be at least 18 and you must have PAN.

can we use bank account of india and our client can access paypal account from nepal....to see what the account stat
they say if that is done they ban the account ..or drop the account level..recognizing ip...

well its not multiple user loggin in ..rather they have certain countries they have allowed..and for greater security they say they dont allow user from one country and bank account from another...
...
so though the bank account is in india..but if we access site from nepal for eg..they might think its unsecure...

but i surfed many sites for this..there are much contractory thoughts..
some say ..they do..some say ..they have not been any thing up to now...
and we caanot take risk...
if things doesnt get solve seems like we need to contact paypal
