Frontech ecam vs Branded webcams ?

hi
i 'm on a hunt for webcams. well..u guys might well know what do we look or in a webcam we want..
i jus checked out he frontech e-cam, its dirt-cheap at 800 bucks and the image and video quality is amazing for its price. i wanted to knw if Logitech or Microsoft webcams are better than the frontech one?

n i'd like u ppl to suggest me a good cam, i only use it for yahoo chat. i jus want clear n bright video, and it shud be able to work in dark environments like the frontech one does, thanx to its led lights.
are there any other local brands like Tech-com or Zebronics which are better than this frontech? any idea howz de iBall Fce2Fce cam?
I can shell out 1000-1200 bucks or 1500 at the max..i doubt if i'll get a branded webcam in this range which can really offer superior quality than local brands...if yes then plz advice .

Yes.. The quality depends on brand too...

For example Creative Live Cam series uses some extraordinary lens.. it has auto-focus!!! in the same way other such expensive branded products can give u awesome quality.. it depends upon the CMOS sensor they use..

U feel great quality in cheaper products... But in expensive cams it is even more greater!!!

^ yes branded Cam's get Excellent CMOS sensors many other features which arent available for other's
if u hav good budget go for it or else Frontech will do for u

I bought Microsoft LifeCam Vx-1000 for Rs.1400. Seems to be working fine. Quality is good. Sorry but do not know about Frontech.

actually, can anyone recommend me a gud webcam which delivers clear n bright video chat quality , with night vision n shud be able to brighten up even totally dark environments...

Sumvision do a camera called panther which has 6 LED's on it and a light sensor.

anyone here has an experience with the iBall Face2Face 1.3mp Webcam? if yes, then i need ur feedback on that...
what do i choose between Frontech ecam or iBall face2ace cam? or is there any other better product?

go for Logitech cams..they are superb,i have one since 2 yr..and working fine with excellent quality..L pro 5000

what was its cost? de logitech pro 5000, but i guess its 2 yrs old, n der might b even better n cheaper products out der...

yeah agree now u will get better n chaper cams...pro 5000 is old one now..after it L brought lot of new models..
i bought it in feb 06 for 4400 rs
i will suggest one thing.. go for cam with CCD lens.....dont go for CMOS lens
