Overclocking help needed

i got a pentium d 3.4 Ghz and i want to OC it but i have got an intel 945 GCR mobo which doesnt allow me to OC thru bios.
is there any software to OC proccies??
how much can i oc it and are there any heating issued with p d ??
waht else except my proccy and gpu can i oc on my sys??

^^ u can Oc by sum software's but overclocking on a MOBO which doesn't allow it is dangerous ....look at this

1.p4's are not good overcloclkers
2.your mobo sux(i have a similar model)
3.you just killed your 8600gts IMO by overclocking
4.you can overclock Ram too
5.Overclocking is not for noobs.
6.^so don't overclock.

yeah i know my MOBO sux.
m not a noob to OCing.
i OCed 5 of my gfx cards.
killed 2 of em.
8600 GTS was causing probs so i decided to experiment on it thats why i got it killed.
an i got pentim D not p 4.
how can i OC ram??
