i tried contacting digit people but they didn' respond to my mail.actually my october month dvd is not working.the dvd ram's light is just blinking which indicates that their is a lead in /lead out error.....
how to get this fulty dvd replaced..
please help

you sud get other DVD.I have faced 2-3 times such problem..and all times I received new DVD.

you don't need to send your faulty CD/DVD.

Once I missed the CD / DVD and they sent it very promptly. I am sure they will consider your request seriously and will send it.

When did you send the email ?
