Cant Open Task Manager Heeeelp

When I press cntr +alt + del to open tast manager i get a report that " Task Manager Has Been Disabled By The Administrator" How will i undo this...

Download the attached reg file and run it, it will enable the taskmanager

Also scan your pc for virus/trojan infections

that's right taskmanager and regedit problems are repeatedly posted in former threads so guys please search before posting
