how to upload xls file on oracle server table

i have to upload a xls file on the oracle server table......so plz guide a step by step ....how to upload that file on table.....
i dont know javva asp etc
i know pl/sql

Do u mean you have your data in an excel document ??
Do u want this data to be copied in their respective columns in a table in oracle ?

If that is the case the i suggest you use the tool named TOAD.
With this tool you can upload data from you xls file in the oracle table using its wizard based built in Data Load utility.

ya i have excel sheet data and i wanna to upload my data on oracle table column by column....so plz help me.....how to do it......i did not understand your idea abt toad....plz explain it in detail.......
is there any other way to upload the data via pl/sql or sql loader etc
