HP M1005 or SCX 4200? Ur views plz.

I want to buy a laser 3 in 1. After lot of searching and local market findings i have come down to 2 models-HP M1005 and Samsung SCX 4200. M1005 costs RS.11800+tax and 4200 costs RS.8500+tax. Here are their specifications M1005 - http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/sg/en...reg_R1002_SGEN

As the reviews suggest 4200 is the better one. But still i would like to know ur views on these 2 models or suggest a better model if u know. Plz help me. Thanks.

I own a SCX 4200... awee... its simply awesome for decent usage

The print quality is good, the tonner is built rough, scanning is AWESOME!!!!

Go for 4200

Thanks for ur reply. but can u tell me more about it? like its price at which u bought it, no. of pages per toner, price of the toner etc? Thanks.

u'll get a introductory tonner in the box, which prints 1000 pages..

And a new tonner costs 3000 Rs and prints 3000 Pages..

When i bought the machine, it was 10k.. and i used the introductory tonner for 4 times refilling it.. the quality didnt change much... then i changed the drum of the tonner and did for 4 times again! I dont recommend this though...

And then i bought a new tonner for 3k rs and its on 5th time without changing the drum

That means toners from HP is a bit less priced! Those costs around Rs2800
