Try Yahoo Weather widget: http://widgets.yahoo.com/gallery/view.php?widget=38248

I am not sure weather it includes Indian cities.

Hey wait, who said Weather.com doesn't support Indian cities? It does! And Yahoo's Widget uses that.

So does almost every Widget out there, they all harness the RSS XML feed from Weather.com mostly. Even GNOME's bundled Weather applet.
