My Bluetooth Goes Moral:Bas Deta Ja , Aur kuch na le

I'm using Windows Vista Home. Now I've got a (i think) software problem with it. At the startup, the bluetooth ICON is shown. But as soon as I bring my mouse over it, the Icon disappeas. When I go to control panel->Bluetooth and I rightclick it, it shows an option as OPEN. But no matter how many times I click it, it won't open the BLUETOOTH SETTINGS, which is what it should do.
I can SEND any file through blurtooth, but other device can't find my laptop in their searched device....despite of my bluetooth adapter is activated.(It shows in Laptop panel). Maybe, its because I'm invisible or something. But since I can't even open the settings, I can't make my device VISIBLE.
So I unistalled and Re-installed my bluetooth driver, but the problem still remains.

Any solutions!!!!!!!!!

Are your drivers correct??
I think it's a driver problem.
Install correct drivers for your Bluetooth adaptor.

I un-installed and re-installed the driver that came with my DELL Laptop. It worked allright, but from some time the problem is there
