Default ndis.sis bsod problem


Whenever i start downloading any torrents contents via utorrent,azeures or flshget BSOD appears within 5~15 min and say there was a problem with da file ndis.sys.
I searched da net and found that its some problem with da torrents downloads got affected with some kinds virus/malware.
No i can't dl anythin via torrent....
what shud i do. Ihave scanned my pc with avg,avast,nod 32, zone alarm etc and all known viruses has been removed.

There is 100% no problem if i dun start any torrent clients.
I also restored the ndis.sys from XP cd to windows/system32/drivers, but the problem persist........................

PLZ guys......its urgent...plz help me

Also if i install comodo firewall, the net wud be cutoff after 1hr or so. But then also i can't use torrent in dat 1 hr.

try to restore your system to best known configation.This may help you

even reinstall is not helping me
i can't format my entire HDD. I only formats c partition. Its takes a lot DVD s to backup my 250Gb HDD.
And if that bug arise again after i formated HDD and put dat discs again????

NDIS is Network Driver Interface Specification, More Specifically a Driver Controller for Network Drivers in Windows.

Are you by any chance using USB Port for connecting your Broadband? Do update all the Drivers.

Maybe the Driver is getting spooked when it encounters lots of connections and is crashing the System

I connect using RJ45.
I have two lan ports:
an nvidia gbit lan port which i use to gigabit lan with my 2nd PC.
And an 200 bucks 10/100 NIC. It has some silan chip. I use it for da net.
will try on nvidia lan port nd be back soon.

I dont think it is a LAN port issue.But anyway check this also.
