I am about to upgrade my pc.My budget for the processor and mobo is 20k.I am not a overcloaker but will definately play the latest games.I am looking for intel plateform and thinking about the Quad core procss.Any good motherboard to pair up with it?Dual GPU will be better.plz give all the options.And i want to know the step by step procedure of overcloaking.What can i do with it?

For processor and mobo you can refer to this months digit(november).
Quad core procys like the q6600 will cost you around 10-12k. I recommend that you take a mobo based on the P35 chipset. This should cost you less than 10k.
And then you wont have any money left in your budget to buy a gfx card.
Increase your budget or go for Dual Core Pc..
