I costs a cool 38000 in India but a little research on CNet was all that was needed to get the true price of this phone.The lowest price is 189$[around 9.5k]and the highest price is 498$[Around 25k].
So if you're buying this phone tell your favourite uncle/aunty/bro/sis living in the U.S to bring it for you. With the sort of money you save, you get to go there once(dunno about come back but still).
