how do i remove items from startup without administrative privilage?I tried to remove using msconfig!

right click on start button then click open > programs > startup

those will show only applications which are on startup but services wont be there like update, msn messanger, some other craps etc

I am using a freeware software
"AIV Startup Protector"
It can be downloaded from
http://www.aivsoft.com/downloads
It allows you to remove the startup entries very easily.
