why cant i right click :-(

This is crap.. i cant right click on any application on start--> All programs -->any program. When i try to right click on any program the start menu just flickers.. It used to work before!!

Right click on start button ->properties->customize->advanced-> enable tick mark on "Enable Dragging and Dropping box"

Look for Point 8 "Restrict right-click in Start Menu":

All Kinds of Restrictions for Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista

Remove the mentioned DWORD value and then log off. It should work. If not then pls lemme know.
