Default What is high speed SD card?

i am having Canon digicam powershot 610. while recording movie it records as small clips. The instruction book says to use high speed SD card for non stop recording. Is it same to MMC card???

Any photo friend???

a high speed SD is one which offers 133x or 20 MBps............
