How to encash a adsense check ? Do I need a bank account ??

If yes ...then which bank ??

Also how can I encash the check from CitiBank ??

that's all give them the acc no

Actually it is a cheque/demand draft which can be encashed at any bank...
just deposit it at any bank and you will have the money in your account

No as I said any bank account will work and they won't charge you anything extra....
I myself got my adsense cheque cleared a few days back...

Google Checks are payable at par so u can get it encashed at any bank without any extra charges

Any foreign cheques can be encashed in almost all banks. Yes, you need to have an account in any branch.

From my experience.

Federal bank - We get the cheque encashed instantly. Almost same currency excahnge rate.

SBI - We get the cheque encashed instantly. However they give like amount x 35 or so on the same day and rest next day.

SBT - We get the cheque encashed instantly. Almost same currency excahnge rate.

This is applicable for all foreign currency cheques, international money orders etc. In most cases, the banks will take a small fee, like $1 or so.

Oh yes. Google cheques and Paypal make it in INR now. No more converions needed for those. Sorry for the confusion on those two. Rest as above.
