Default BIOS Reset

I have a AMD Based PC with ECS Motherboard. My Mother board model is K8M800 - M2 (http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Pro...nuID=1&LanID=9)
Recently my system is not booting properly. most of the time it doesnt even POST. Every time i have to start the PC i had to clear the cmos (using jumper) and then the PC will start fine. Once its ON i dont see any instability even after 4 hours of working with it. I have upgraded the BIOS (Flashed) too using the tools provided in the Mother board website. I have check with a different SMPS but even that does not help. Replacing the mother will work (i guess) but is there any repair/mod way out?
Note : I have replaced the CMOS Battery too

lol.He meant Download the previous bios from the website.
One peice of advice:don't upgrade Bios unless it solves some specific problem which is of concern to you.
