Read any book or Wrox publications

any how u needs a front end langualge like C#.NET or VB.NET

i suggest go for Beginners ASP.NET

and then Professionals ASP.NET

Apress Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 From Novice To Professional is one of the best ASP.net book. I have read about 11 books on ASP.net and this one has the best description for beginners.
