Default Unable to set themes. Help needed.

I downloaded a few themes from InterfaceLIFT for my Windows pc. However i've no idea how to set them .
I tried going to display properties and setting them from there. However I don't see the theme files when i browse through display properties .
The themes that i downloaded were zip files which contained one *.msstyles file and a Shell folder having some *.dll files .
Please guide me to set these themes .

1) Unzip the downloaded file.
2)Now copy paste all to "%windir%\Resources\Themes\" folder.
3) Now you will be able to find the theme in display properties.

If you still cant change theme, than you need to install a patch after which you can install theme.Download from here:

You need the uxtheme patcher. You need to patch it and then do what Ravi said. Find the uxtheme patcher here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...iPatcher.shtml
