Get A Customized Branded PC

hi,
i'm looking for new BRANDED PC.
companies (HP,Lenovo,Compaq) are offering PCs upto Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 (2 GHz).
But i want Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 (2.66 GHz) with Intel DG33FB motherboard.
How can i get such a customized BRANDED PC?
I know Dell has such a service (on its website).
Can i get such a PC by Special Request from other companies?

ANOTHER important thing:
I'm in 2 minds tht whether i shld buy a Laptop or A Desktop ?
Its just for Home use.
My friends suggest a Laptop but i feel tht there are no Laptops with High configs (like the one above)
my parents too want a laptop.
Is a Laptop Advisable for HOME USE?

I feel i ccan have a desktop instead (i also love Laptops; but no gd configs)
I live in Aurangabad (Maharashtra)

Dude if you want to buy branded PC then Dell is the way to to it.
BTW why don't you go for assembled PC---low costs and get exactly what you want.
