hi ravi
i formated my labtop and again installed winxp.
the problem is ...........it restarts automatically showing one message.
that is "registry editing has been disabled by the administrator."
when i clik "ok" then it suddenly restarts , even it doesnot let me work for a while on that labtop.

Boot your system into safe mode and scan for virus's and trojans.

Also update your windows from microsoft website.

Also repair your windows registry using some registry software. Some good and free registry fixer software can be found here:
http://www.techiehome.org/viewtopic.php?t=663

Also do this:
start-->>right click my computer-->>properties-->>advance-->>startup and recovery setting-->>turn off automatic restart
